Pratibhadabali is a flagship initiative designed to promote intrapreneurship among government employees, conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA). The program is a joint effort between MoFAGA and Idea Studio Nepal, with the vision of cultivating innovative thinking and entrepreneurial skills within the public sector. The core objective of Pratibhadabali is to encourage government personnel to develop innovative ideas that enhance service delivery, promote good governance, and improve the agility of development management.
