Programs for Academic Champion
The MoU by and between the Idea Studio Nepal and Academic Champions centers around the knowledge transfer. The faculties nominated by the academic institution will serve as the primary focal persons for this process. The faculty development programs are designed to equip them with the skills required to run incubation programs, conduct research and co-create knowledge, and strengthen the institution’s incubation center – including its career counseling, business development, and community engagement functions.

The incubation centers can evolve into multi-purpose hubs that support students, entrepreneurs, and the wider community through structured guidance, services, and engagement.
- Enables students and community ideators to use the space to develop their ideas.
- Provides access to incubation support to start, refine, and scale businesses.
- Offers a working environment with guidance, resources, and networking opportunities.

- Connects students directly with industry professionals and experts.
- Provides guidance on jobs, career paths, and required skills.
- Facilitates sessions, consultations, and placement support within the center.

- Engages student clubs, societies, and local industries for collaborative activities.
- Creates platforms where institutions and communities interact meaningfully.
- Promotes partnerships that enhance learning and social contribution.

Idea Studio is supporting faculties through action-based research by equipping them with practical tools, frameworks, and mentorship to study real problems within their communities and incubation spaces. Through this hands-on approach, faculties generate insights that directly inform program design, strengthen incubation activities, and contribute to meaningful solutions for students, ideators, and local industries.
