The “Kodo Cutter” is a hand-operated machine designed to simplify the process of handling kodo (millet), a staple crop in many hilly regions of Nepal. The idea aims to reduce the manual labor involved and increase efficiency in millet processing. Though currently in the idea phase, this innovation has the potential to support small farmers by offering an affordable and locally-made alternative to time-consuming manual methods.
