Ayushi’s business idea focuses on creating convertible heels that can switch between styles or heights, using magnets and corks for the structural transformation. The outer layer of the shoes will incorporate hemp fabric, promoting the use of eco-friendly materials. She has already conducted a survey within her network and received positive feedback, which validates the potential market demand. By collaborating with Nepal Hemp House to utilize their surplus materials, the project also supports sustainable production. Guided by suggestions from experts like Sadichha and Dr. Tshering, Ayushi is exploring potential collaborations with emerging Nepali shoe brands and studying international models. Future plans include building a prototype and possibly offering a heel-fixing service, further broadening the scope and impact of her innovative footwear venture.
