Bio-green is a business in which vegetables are harvested within 21 days after seedling. The seedling contains 40 times more nutrients and 9 times more bioactive compounds like antioxidants, polyphenols etc as compared to mature greens. Bio-green focuses on growing and marketing vegetables in different forms to generate revenue and overcome the diet problem of society.
