Hulm currently makes keychains, flowers, wallets and other products as per customers demand. She marketed the products to the shops by herself. She has hired 6 people till now and pays on a per piece basis. Also make socks and hats for winter. Learned the craft from her mother and youtube and has been practicing this for a year. She plans to expand her business by hiring other craftsmen for a better wage than they currently earn. Started with Rs 500 and now also operates stalls at events. People come to her for personal and customized orders.
