Prabhu Idea Plus is a unique initiative launched in collaboration between Idea Studio Nepal and Prabhu Bank Limited to foster entrepreneurship in the Gandaki Province of Nepal: Kalika Multiple Campus, Dhawalagiri Multiple Campus, and Myagdi Multiple Campus. This initiative combines academic innovation with entrepreneurship and financial support, establishing a pioneering model for sustainable development within academic institutions.

This is the first collaborative effort by the two organizations to promote an entrepreneurial mindset and ecosystem within academic institutions. Through Prabhu Idea Plus, students participate in a College Idea Hunt Program where they submit their business ideas and join a two-month experiential incubation program. This program equips them with intellectual, practical, and transferable skills, while also facilitating funding/investment opportunities from Prabhu Bank to viable business ideas, paving the way for real-world implementation.

Prabhu Idea Plus extends its focus beyond students by providing faculty development training and action research opportunities to the selected faculties of respected colleges. These enable faculty members to effectively run incubation centers, contextualize their curriculum, and conduct impactful action research, ensuring long-term success in fostering entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial mindset.

This project is more than just an initiative — it’s a transformative journey to shape young talent into tomorrow’s business leaders while strengthening the academic and entrepreneurial landscape of Nepal.

Therefore, the objective of Prabhu Idea Plus is to foster an entrepreneurial mindset and build a sustainable ecosystem for innovation. Prabhu Idea Plus seeks to identify, mentor, and support aspiring entrepreneurs and leaders from these institutions. By providing the necessary tools, resources, and guidance, the program strives to unlock the entrepreneurial potential of students and faculty members. Through a structured curriculum including incubation, mentorship sessions, networking, and different experiential hands-on training workshops/sessions. Prabhu Idea Plus aims to bridge the gap between academic institutions and entrepreneurship. This comprehensive approach ensures participants gain practical knowledge and access to funding, resources, and networks required to transform their ideas into impactful ventures.
