National Idea Hunt is the flagship program of Idea Studio Nepal, designed to identify and incubate innovative startups and business ideas. The program supports entrepreneurs at various stages—ideation, startup, and scale-up—providing them with the platform to grow and succeed.
College Idea Hunt is an Annual Program, created and designed by Idea Studio Nepal with the objective to bring out the creative young minds to solve existing problems through innovative and sustainable “Greenovation” solutions.
Along with the pitching platform, students get an opportunity to learn from incubation, mentorship, and networking.
The Ministry of Federal Affairs in collaboration with Idea Studio Nepal developed a guideline and organized a Talent Forum Program with an objective to develop the capacity and entrepreneurial mindset of the government employees and to innovate in policy formulation and implementation. The program’s main goal is to foster innovative ideas of bureaucrats, government employees for effectiveness in service delivery, agility in development management, and promotion of good governance in the public sector.
Prabhu Idea Plus is a unique initiative launched in collaboration between Idea Studio Nepal and Prabhu Bank Limited to foster entrepreneurship in the Gandaki Province of Nepal: Kalika Multiple Campus, Dhawalagiri Multiple Campus, and Myagdi Multiple Campus. This initiative combines academic innovation with entrepreneurship and financial support, establishing a pioneering model for sustainable development within academic institutions. This is the first collaborative effort by the two organizations to promote an entrepreneurial mindset and ecosystem within academic institutions.
Prabhu Bank and the Idea Studio Nepal jointly initiated the project ‘सहयात्रा समृद्धिको – Partnership for Prosperity’, a relief loan scheme. It is a special loan scheme for economic recovery aimed at supporting female safa tempo drivers and school/college teachers to manage their lives and resume their ongoing businesses in this pandemic. This initiation is also an attempt to restore human dignity with loan as a support mechanism for a lifetime of financial decisions.

It runs popular programs like BBA, BIM, MBA, and MBS, and serves thousands of students annually. As part of Nepal’s oldest and largest university, it plays a key role in shaping business education nationally.
School of Management, Tribhuvan University (SOMTU) is a specialized, autonomous school under FoM TU, focused on delivering high-quality graduate programs like MBA and MBA-Global. With limited intake and competitive entrance exams, it is known for its academic rigor and modern teaching approach. Though smaller in size, it is considered elite within TU’s system.
Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM) is one of Nepal’s premier business schools, part of Kathmandu University, and offers internationally recognized programs including BBA, MBA, and EMBA. Known for academic excellence, industry linkage, and leadership training, it consistently ranks among the top management schools in the country. It operates independently with a selective admission process and strong reputation in both public and corporate sectors.
